Welcome to Downard Photography, we appreciate your interest! I am here to help you express yourself and your individuality in your senior portraits. As each senior is different, so is each session. We will help coordinate backgrounds with your outfits and we will use simple props as to not take away from the most important part of the portrait... you. I believe simplicity is often the key to a great portrait.
Weddings
Your wedding day is the beginning of your family history together and is a very important event to be covered by a professional photographer. We pride ourselves on the ability to be creative while also allowing your individual personality and style to shine through in your photographs. Downard Photography is ready and willing to travel to your destination wedding site as well.
Families
Memories last a lifetime with familty portraits from Downard Photography. For families, we recommend everyone coordinate their clothing and stick to a color scheme, (all light colors or all dark colors, for example). Long sleeves also tend to be more flattering, and darker colors tend to look best. We can photograph you inside or outside at our studio, or we can come out to your house and photograph you "on location."
Children
A child's experience at the studio will be reflected in the final portrait, so all of our portrait sessions are by appointment only -- no waiting, no rushing. We always schedule sufficient time to allow children to become comfortable and have fun. We offer a wide array of extras and new digital options that make our portraits stand out. Parents enjoy working with us, using a variety of props, settings and techniques, to capture their child’s special charm.
