What time should I arrive for my portrait session?
Arrive about 10 minutes early. You’ll be more relaxed, and your
session can be completed on schedule. You can also take this time
to look at samples and see what styles you like for your session.
What will my session be like?
Your session will be fun, relaxed and memorable! Our friendly
staff will have you relaxed in no time and you can even bring
along your own CDs or ipod to listen to your own music.
What should I wear?
Bring outfits that compliment your style, but stick with solid
colors, no stripes, plaids or polka-dots. Dark colors also tend
to photograph best, as well as long-sleeve shirts.
Can I bring a friend to watch?
Of course, if it will help you feel more relaxed bring along a
friend or parent.
When do I decide what portraits I want to order?
After you have picked up your proof book. Don’t worry…you’ll
receive a complete explanation of our ordering process and timeline.
What if my parents and I like different poses?
No problem! We create plenty of poses to please both you and
your parents. You can order from as many poses as you would like.
Will my images be retouched?
Yes, retouching fixes all minor skin blemishes, uneven skin tone
and stray hairs. Additional fees are added for artwork on extreme
cases, such as suntan lines, braces removal, and glasses glare.
How long do I have to re-order portraits?
We keep your portraits on file, and you can order more portraits
at any time.
How long does it take to receive my portraits after ordering?
Your portraits are ready 3-4 weeks after you place your order,
sometimes sooner.
