What To Expect
We try to make things easy for you, from start to finish. Before you call to make
your appointment, decide how many outfits you would like, based on the options at
left, and think about how you would like to show your personality in your portraits.
Each set or background change takes about 30 minutes per outfit. Don’t worry about
your yearbook portrait, we take care of turning that in for you to your school,
at no additional charge.
Your session fee is due the day of your portrait session, and we accept Cash, Check,
Visa or MC.
Your proof book will be ready in two-to-three weeks after your session, and a $50.00
deposit is due when you pick up your proofs.
Your proof books are on loan for two weeks. After two weeks you may either return
your proofs or purchase your proofs at 3.50 each. Your deposit will go towards your
portrait order or your proofs, whichever you choose.
When you are ready to place your order, you may do so by phone, fax, email, or standard
mail. However, we recommend you set up an appointment when your proofs are due back
and place your order in person at the studio. This will allow our qualified staff
to answer questions and assist you with the process. Half of your portrait order
balance is due when your order is placed.
Your portrait order will be ready in three to four weeks, and your remaining balance
will be due at this time.
